Jadelynn's Jovial Denouement Drivelings

Wherein I monologue, possibly at some length, about shows that I've just finished and want to talk about.

And also where people can ask my opinions and discuss with me about anything I've seen, but that's getting ahead of myself.

This was actually a lot better than I was expecting it to be. From everything I'd heard, I'd assumed it was a kind of lowbrow, borderline hentai fetish anime. What I got instead was a mature drama that's rather casual with nudity and sexuality, but never indulges in it just for the sake of fanservice (well, except for that second ED). Sora is the most appealing character design-wise, but her rotten personality balances her right back to being about even with the other girls, at least in my opinion.

Okay, was not expecting that spoiler given that all I knew about that show was that it was porn, huh.

It's actually not porn. It shows sex and definitely doesn't shy away from nudity and sexuality, but it's all to service the drama. Well, except for the bits used for the sake of comedy, though that's mostly in the bonus segments between EDs.

Yeah, another unique thing about Yosuga no Sora is that it has two EDs . . . every episode. The first one usually plays at about 19-20 minutes, then there's a bonus segment, then the second ED.
